Guiding Mother & Child Every Step of the Way
Welcome to Roadrunner
I help mothers and children move confidently and live actively through personalized physical therapy and strength coaching.
About the Practice
I provide personalized physical therapy and strength coaching for mother runners and their children, empowering women to overcome barriers to exercise and find joy in movement.
Whether you’re battling pain, juggling motherhood, or struggling to find time for yourself, I’m here to help you break through obstacles and achieve your fitness goals.
I also specialize in helping children develop the foundational movement skills they need to grow strong and confident.
